Mr Usman Gur Mohammed is the Chief Executive Officer, Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN). In this interview, he said claims by the electricity distribution companies (DisCos) that poor people don’t pay their bills are incorrect. He also stated that Nigerian DisCos are the worst performing when compared with their counterparts across West African countries.
