The 215-Megawatt (MW) Kudenda Thermal Power Plant in Kaduna State is yet to take off 10 years after contract for it was awarded. The non-take off of the plant, a project of the Federal Ministry of Power, is despite the fact that over N100bn has so far been spent on it.
